A lawsuit unsealed last week alleges that more than 60 Indiana hospitals and Ciox Health knowingly submitted false data to comply with a Meaningful Use provision that required providers to fulfill EHR requests within three business days. In doing so, the hospitals accepted millions of dollars in EHR incentive payments.
