Oral Screening systems are the advanced device used to examine the oral cavity as well as the throat. The system is quite fast, non-invasive and very helpful in detecting the abnormalities in the oral region. They are usually used for detecting the oral cancers. They are available in form of diagnostic kits which may be dye based or only light based. In case of dye based the patients are allowed to rinse the oral cavity with the help of a dye (for e.g. Toluidine) where the abnormal skin patches will retain the dye color patches which can be visually or with the help of light probe by the doctor.
