Use The 60:60 Rule

This rule says that you can listen to your music at 60% of the volume for no more than 60 minutes a day. The rule applies particularly to listening through headphones, which are known to be quite damaging.

Change Your Diet

You might not think that changing what you eat can make a difference to your hearing, but it really does. In fact, one of the most effective ways to improve your hearing is to make sure that you are eating a healthy diet. There are even studies that suggest a link between hearing health and heart health, so by following an all-around good diet, you can hope to reduce your hearing loss considerably.
